| About re:Plast We are small company, but with big heart and huge desire to recycle plastic. Once our team travelled through Georgia and we fell in love with it. But we found so much trash and plastic garbage there... So we decided to collect and recycle it, because such beautiful place deserves to be clean and tidy and there are no companies specialised in it. We are green-oriented company and really want to save nature and make some good deals for the society. Сортировка
Сортировка отходов по качеству, составу и степени загрязнения. Это делается вручную.
Работники должны отделить:
- цветной пластик, прозрачный и коричневый
- посторонние предметы, например резина или бумага
- крышки и этикетки

Прессование
Отсортированный материал прессуется в кипы.
Каждая кипа - определенный вид и цвет пластика.

Учет
Каждая прессованная кипа взвешивается, маркируется и записывается.
Часть кип перемещается на склад, часть - на резку в дробленный пластик.

Резка
В соответсвии с рабочим графиком каждая кипа пластика проходит этап дробления шредером.
На выходе - дробленный пластик определенного вида и цвета.

Мойка
Горячей водой удаляются не только загрязнения, но и ненужные остатки дробления.

Сушка
Вымытый дробленный пластик перекладывается в тару для просушки и дальнейшего взвешивания.

Гранулирование
Высушенный и взвешанный дробленный пластик нагревается в экструдере по заданным характеристикам вязкости и плотности и вытягивается из него в виде пластмассовой нити.
Нить отрезается лезвием, чтобы получилась вторичная гранула нужного размера.

Продажа
Вторичная гранула упаковывается в тару, маркируется и готова к продаже.

Shredder machine
Plastic waste is shredded into flakes which will be used in the other machines to create new things. You can select the output size of these flakes by changing the sieve inside the machine to create different patterns and processes.

Extrusion machine
Extrusion is a continuous process where plastic flakes are inserted into the hopper and extruded into a line of plastic. These lines can be used to make new raw materials such as 3d printing filament, make granulated plastic, spun around a mold, or used in your own new and creative ways.

Injection machine
Plastic flakes are heated and injected into a mold. It's a relatively quick process which is well suited for creating small objects repeatedly. You can make the molds completely yourself by using CNC mills or lathes, or by simply welding them.

Compression machine
Plastic is heated inside the oven and slowly pressed into a mold with a carjack. Well suited for making large and more solid objects, the oven itself is also a great machine for prototyping and making plastic tests with.
